Changes to our Service

Here at Q Catering we are constantly reviewing our procedures to ensure we offer the best possible service and product range that we believe sets us apart from the rest.

Unlike some other wholesalers in these difficult times, we are maintaining a full Telesales team who continue to be available from 8am to 5pm weekdays allowing you to talk directly with the people who understand your needs.  In addition to this we also have our full team of sales reps who are available to discuss any other requirements or queries you may have.

Placing your order directly with our office team is best for us and gives you the confidence that all will be well with your delivery.

After hours

Our answerphone service is available from 5pm to 10.15pm for you to top up your order on any items that you may have forgotten, or sold through since order placement.

We have brought forward this cut-off time due to a number of factors including the current government restrictions to hospitality trading coupled with our desire to maintain the same quality of service you have enjoyed over many years.

Minimum Order Value

With the rising costs in transport, you will understand that we are now requesting a minimum order value of £50 – still one of the lowest in the country!

When?

These changes will not take effect until Sunday November 1st 2020 giving you time to make any alterations to your routine.

Be assured, we will continue to do all we can to support you in these challenging times.
