Directions
Step 1:
Blitz some of the strawberries and raspberries to make a sauce
Step 2:
In a large bowl whisk the cream with the icing sugar until it just holds its shape
Step 3:
Roughly crush the meringues and tip them in with the chopped berries and stir, then swirl through the strawberry raspberry sauce.
Step 4:
Dollop cream into bowls then crush the remaining meringues, sprinkling the pieces over the top
Step 5:
Garnish with remaining chopped strawberries, raspberries, blackberries & blueberries
