How to use our new ordering app
This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of setting up your restaurant account within the NEW My Q ordering app.

How to log into the app
You can log in to the mobile app using your login credentials, your email or phone number.

Open the mobile app

Click on Get Started

Enter your details:

Choose your country code and enter your phone number or, you can enter your email address instead

Enter the code sent to you via text or email

Log in and start ordering
*Please note: Your details must be up to date on our system to log in. If you’re having any issues, just contact our office or your sales manager and we’ll get you sorted.
How to place an order
You can log in to the mobile app using your login credentials, your email or phone number.

Select the conversation with your supplier

Tap Start Order

If you don't already have products in your Order Guide, click on Catalog, bottom left of your screen

Search for the product and click on the star icon on the right side to add it to your Order Guide

​You can also order directly from your distributor catalogue by clicking on the cart icon

Click on the + icon to add the product to your cart

Select your desired delivery date

Click on Your Cart to check out

Click on Add Delivery Date and choose the day in the calendar

Click on the blue button Checkout
3. If you don't already have products in your Order Guide, click on Catalog, bottom left of your screen

Search for the product and click on the star icon on the right side to add it to your Order Guide

​You can also order directly from your distributor catalogue by clicking on the cart icon

Click on Order Now
