Directions
Step 1:
Heat your pan/griddle up
Step 2:
Place your tortilla on flat surface and spread salsa, sweetcorn and grated cheese inside it
Step 3:
Top with another tortilla
Step 4:
Put oil in your hot pan/griddle
Step 5:
Take your tortillas and place on hot surface
Step 6:
Flip sides after 3-5 minutes ensuing that cheese has melted
Step 7:
Once both sides have been cooked, remove from pan
Step 8:
Cut into 4 equal triangles and serve immediately with your choice of sauces and garnish
